Why do my products have different labels?
As Bobble World grows, you may notice that our products have different labels. This is part of our rebranding process. We are gradually using up existing labels before fully switching to the new designs. Some labels are even hand-stamped by our little inspiration, our “mini boss.” Each label simply shares a small piece of our story.
Are your accessories safe for children?
Yes, absolutely. All our products are designed with comfort, quality, and safety in mind. Each piece is tested to make sure it can keep up with everyday play and little adventures.
What materials do you use?
Our current collection is made with high-quality acrylic and soft, durable elastics. As we continue to grow, we are gradually introducing more sustainable materials such as cellulose acetate and vegan leather. These materials are beautiful, playful and a little kinder to the planet.
Do you have anything for boys?
Right now, our collection is made with girls in mind; celebrating their sparkle, spirit, and wonderfully unique style. But who knows what the future holds? We’re always dreaming… so never say never!
Can my daughter be a model for your brand?
We love that you’re asking! We’re always looking for fresh faces for photoshoots. Follow us on social media or sign up for our newsletter to be the first to hear about casting opportunities.
How can I find out about your events or pop-ups?
All upcoming events are shared through our newsletter, blog, and on social media. Sign up and be the first to know. We can’t wait to meet you in person!
How should I care for my child’s accessories?
We recommend storing hair accessories and jewelry in a dry place and gently cleaning them with a soft cloth if needed. Avoid exposure to water for long periods to keep materials looking beautiful and durable.
Are your products suitable for all hair types?
Yes! Our hair accessories are designed to be gentle and flexible. They work well with curly, straight, thick and fine hair, keeping styles secure without causing damage.
Do you offer gift wrapping or packaging?
Yes, we do! During checkout, you can select the gift-wrapping option. Each package is designed to make giving and receiving our accessories extra special. Please note that the gift wrapping may slightly be different from the images shown on the website.
Can I mix and match your accessories?
Absolutely! Many of our pieces are designed to be mixed and matched. Encourage your little one to play with colors, textures and styles for a creative and unique look.
Where are your products made?
All our jewelry is handmade in the Netherlands, crafted with care and quality materials. Our hair accessories are now produced in select locations across Europe and Asia, maintaining the same focus on quality and durability.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we currently ship to The Netherlands, Belgium, [land], and [land]. Shipping times and costs may vary depending on the destination. You can find full details on our shipping page.
Are your products eco-friendly?
We’re committed to slow fashion and sustainability. Many of our products use durable, high-quality materials like acrylic and cellulose acetate. Our goal is to create long-lasting accessories that reduce waste.
What if my order is lost or damaged?
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We’ll make sure you get a replacement or a solution that works for you.

Shipping & Delivery
Order Processing
We carefully prepare each order before it leaves our workspace. After placing your order, you’ll receive an email with an estimated shipping date. Most orders are ready to ship within 3 business days.
Shipping Carriers
Orders within the Netherlands are shipped using PostNL or DHL. For international orders, we generally use DHL. You’ll receive a Track & Trace code as soon as your package is on its way.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs checks, local postal services, or seasonal delays.
Shipping Costs
Your shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout. Below is a clear overview:

For all other countries, standard shipping rates apply. These costs are calculated at checkout.
Customs & Duties
Deliveries to countries outside the EU may be subject to customs or import duties. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country. We unfortunately have no control over these charges.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping costs will be charged to the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 7 days so we can assist you.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect. See our full return policy here.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return my order?
Yes, you can. If you’re not fully happy with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days. Email us at info@bobbleworld.nlwith your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.
Return Conditions
Items must be unused, unworn and in their original condition and packaging. Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed within 7 business days through your original payment method.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are at your own expense. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot refund items that don’t arrive.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please place a new order and return the original product.
Incorrect or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 3 days. Please include a photo of the item and packaging. In these cases, we’ll cover the return shipping costs.
Hygiene & Safety
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of worn or used hair accessories or jewelry.
International Returns
Returns from outside the Netherlands are possible. Please note: All return shipping costs and any customs or handling fees are the responsibility of the customer.
